The conservatory, dining room and the ten bedrooms, overlook the attractive rear garden that is laid to patio with tubs, flowerbeds.

The management encourage residents to use the facilities to the full. The total shared free living space is over 83 square metres.

There are 4 toilets with basins on the ground floor (inclusive of a staff toilet) and a bathroom equipped with bath, hoist and basin. On the first floor there are two additional toilets and a bathroom with bath, hoist and basin.
